Indiana County Parks & Trails is a natural resource-based park system located in west-central Pennsylvania. We operate 2,700 acres of parks, natural areas and historic sites along with an extensive regional trail system.
We offer year-round facilities and activities for your use and enjoyment including an extensive environmental education program series. Visit our rental facilities and reservation calendar page to find the right facility for your next event or special occasion.
We now have three guidebooks published that provide interesting information related to our parks and trails. A good place to start is with our "Insider's Guidebook to Indiana County Parks" which provides an overview of each of the unique parks in our system. Our trail guidebooks include the "Ghost Town Trail Guidebook" and the "Hoodlebug Trail Guidebook" both feature maps, extensive historic background and trip planning ideas. The guidebooks are available for purchase from local retailers and directly from Indiana County Parks & Trails.
Our county parks and trails offer the chance to play, relax, improve your health and fitness and explore the natural world. We encourage and invite you to discover Indiana County Parks & Trails!
