Using the Rental Calendar

Indiana County Parks & Trails is implementing some upgrades to our website to make the facility reservation process easier for you.  A yearly calendar has been added for your convenience. With this calendar, you will be able to identify facilities and dates that are available through Indiana County Parks and Trails. Our calendar is updated on a weekly basis, please contact our office to confirm that the date you are interested in is available.

Follow these steps to make a reservation with Indiana County Parks & Trails:

  1. Think about the type of facility that you will require. (Indoor/outdoor, large/small, Indiana/Blairsville) You may want to review the rental areas that are available using the menu items at the left.
  2. Think about the date that you need a facility. (April 29 or April 30)
  3. Review the Rental Calendar below in order to determine the availability of the facility for your date.
  4. After finding a suitable facility and an available date, call the park office (724 463-8636) in order to reserve the facility.
  5. After receiving verbal confirmation from Indiana County Parks & Trails that you have the facilty, download the appropriate reservation form(s) and mail them to the park office.
  6. We suggest that you not send out notices of your event until you have received a copy of your approved application from us.

By default, the calendar displays all reservations for all facilities that are available through Indiana County Parks & Trails. Each facility is associated with its own color. In order to display only one or a few facilities, please click on the Google Calendar Drop Down Graphicicon in the upper right of the calendar and choose those facilties that interest you.
